Introduction
ParticleView is a system designed to visualize 5D data. It accepts a 5D data file(*.xyzrc) and display the data using colorized balls with different radii at different coordinates.
Based on Jmol., ParticleView has inherited almost all good things from JMol. The performance is good, the response is fast and the visualized results are very beautiful.
Particleview takes a
colormap,
with which we are able to determine
the colors for every atom, before every performance.
